You're going to want to aim for a gallon of water a day and get ready to change your sheets every morning. Also, as you probably know, Halo is extremely toxic so liver protection is a must. I took N2Guard and TUGAD. Bottom line, if you want to lean out and push the big boy weights, Halo is the shizzle. Just be careful and treat it with the respect it deserves. I wouldn't do more than 40mg ED and wouldn't run it for more that 3-4 weeks. Good luck!
